How to ensure GI News is delivered
If you are subscribed and stop receiving your
newsletter, ensure your organisation's Internet Service Provider
(ISP) isn't blocking it. As ISPs and corporations attempt to
block spam, they can also mistakenly block legitimate email.
Our newsletter address includes "gifeedback@gmail.com".
If you use a SPAM filter, please add "gifeedback@gmail.com" to
your whitelist, or allowed email list, to ensure you receive
our newsletters in your inbox.
Our delivery policy
We monitor all bounces. Fatal errors caused
by nonexistent email accounts or domains, result in hard bounces.
Other failures, such as those caused by a down email server or
a full mailbox, result in soft bounces. We automatically mark
an email address invalid and remove it from our mailing list
when we receive a hard bounce or two consecutive months of soft
bounces. If you stop receiving a newsletter, please contact us
at gifeedback@gmail.com so we can revalidate your email address. |
